Bergen Barons of the Roy Campanella leagues in the Men's
Adult Baseball League of NJ, we would like to thank your for
the excellent service the Bergen Batting Center has provided
us since 2002. We have won 3 championships in 6 seasons, and
part of our success stems from the work we've been able to
accomplish at your facility. In addition, the uniforms we
have been ordering from you have always been top of the line
and have given us the look of a champion. We have also been
able to purchase excellent equipment, from the Bratt's Bat
to new mitts and bats, that have performed
outstandingly on the field. Thanks again for your great

My friend heard about the Liquid Metal 1 bat from another "pro shop" where the salesman said it was a great bat. I also saw it on the cover of Baseball Express so I thought it was the real deal. When I spoke to the bat expert at Bergen Batting, he told me to use the demo of the Liquid Metal they had because the bat was the worst he's tried in a long time.
I was very surprised to hear that the bat was bad, and that they actually try the bats themselves before they stock them. After I hit with the bat, it really did suck.
Kudos to Bergen Batting Center for not bowing down to a big company like Rawlings and telling the TRUTH and knowing how bats swing. I have not seen any other "Batman" like Dave at Bergen Batting, who is more interested in your batting average then in making a sale.

I just want to
say once again thank you very much for my son's birthday
party. He couldn't stop talking about it the whole entire day.
Sherri and Michelle were great. They ran the party like
professionals. Every one at the party told me they had a great
time and that made me feel good. I will definitely recommend
Bergen Batting Center for anyone looking for a great time,
especially a 5 year old.

Thanks for all your help and patience in designing our team's uniforms for this past season. The team loves them, as do the parents and the coaches! We play alot of games including fall ball and the jerseys and pants you recommended hold up excellent. All the coaches had done our homework looking on-line, in catalogues and at local sporting goods stores and let me tell you that no one came close to knowing what they were talking about especially when it came to tackle twill sew on letters. Thanks again and we'll be back for more in '04!

You and your staff are to be greatly complimented. I have never been treated so nicely at any other facility and I've been to them all! Your prices cannot be beat on the internet or catalogues either. Plus, no one else ever told me how each bat hits and how they are made, why the balls differ, which glove is better, etc, etc, etc! It's rare to have such level of service in this day and age where big stores or internet sites are only out to make money and don't care much about the person buying the goods. Plus the fact that no one knows their product and you not only know it inside and out but know how to apply it to each individual player per their needs. My team was amazed! Also, your uniform service is second to none. I have never been walked through like that before, computer color rendering, samples in hand, etc, WOW! And when I could not make it back up to the store one day, your phone meeting with me emailing the uniform files was just great as my board members and I got to see the uniforms on our screen you made up only seconds before. Please pass on my comments to
fellow leagues and players who want to enjoy playing even more due to your great help with selecting the right equipment (and uniforms), and make league equipment buying a pleasant experience - not to mention the fact how much money you saved us on balls!

We ordered 16 uniforms for an adult baseball team. I was
concerned that some of the members would not be 100% pleased
with the finished product. When I gave the uniforms out
the entire team was pleased and happy with the uniform.
They complimented the fit and feeling that the ultra flex
material provided. I am very impressed with their
satisfaction of the finished product because it is rare that a
group of 16 guys would be in complete agreement.

I would like to thank you for your personal help in selecting a
softball bat tailored to my needs. I've always been a line drive hitter but
I wanted a bat that would provide a little extra pop. You picked out a Worth
EST, C555, in 28 ounces. After I told you that I normally used 30 ounces,
you recommended 28 ounces for greater bat speed. YOU WERE RIGHT!! Last year
I batted over .750 in two leagues. This year I've already hit two home runs.
When the bat developed a slight dent, you informed me how to send back the
bat for a FREE replacement. Thank you Dave and Bergen Batting Center. I'll
definitely be back again!!

Hello,
I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to help me in the pro
shop. I came in looking for catchers shin guards and I found a pair that I
liked. One of the shin guards was missing a strap, and you took the time to
get a new one to put on it. I also purchased a par of Rawlings knee
relievers. I was told that i was one of the first people to buy a pair and
that I should write back with my thoughts on them. I am just writing to tell
you that they are just as good, if not better that the original Knee Savers.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to write back sooner. Once again, thank you so
much for your help.
