Attention All Players:

Our normal internet order processing time is as follows:

We make our best effort for orders placed before 2pm EST to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will typically be shipped the following business day. However, we will try to ship if possible up to 4pm if time allows. You may call us if you place a late order and ask for the internet shipping manager to check on your order.

The two options of shipping you can choose from are:

USPS Priority: Shipping time is usually 2-3 days

USPS Express: Shipping time is overnight

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days and are not included in determining the processing or arrival time of the shipment. As we use the USPS, many times you may get your arrival on a Saturday but we cannot guarantee it.

Additional Shipping Information:

We ship most orders via USPS from our River Edge, NJ, store. The shipping costs reflect current USPS rates and are calculated based upon the weight/size of the item(s) purchased and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

The shipping method options are: USPS Priority (Ground) or USPS Express (overnight).

Please be advised there may be special shipping and handling costs on certain products. If the item(s) you have ordered are subject to any special shipping and handling fees, someone from Bergen Batting Center/GloveBuster will contact you.

International and APO Orders Notice: We cannot process International orders or orders shipping to an APO Military address via our website. To place an International order or an order with an APO ship to address, contact the Bergen Batting Center Internet Sales Department at 201-525-1888

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Bat return policy is 15 days and bat must be in the original wrapper. Bats that were bought on final clearance or used bats purchased are final sales and not permitted to be returned.

If you are to receive a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within about one week from the time you return your item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
