Our normal internet order processing time is as follows:
We make our best effort for orders placed before 2pm EST to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will typically be shipped the following business day. However, we will try to ship if possible up to 4pm if time allows. You may call us if you place a late order and ask for the internet shipping manager to check on your order.
The two options of shipping you can choose from are:
USPS Priority: Shipping time is usually 2-3 days depending on region. Priority Ship can be 1 day if you are located closer to NJ.
USPS Express: Shipping time is overnight but not guaranteed by USPS. However, to date we have not had an Express shipment not make it the next day.
*Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days and are not included in determining the processing or arrival time of the shipment. However, since we use the USPS, many times you may get your arrival on a Saturday but we cannot guarantee it. We have had the most success with the USPS over UPS or Fed-Ex when it comes to shipping. Cost is less and the free Saturday deliveries and travel day help tremendously with your shipment. Also note the USPS does not guarantee their Priority or Express service.
Additional Shipping Information:
We ship almost every order via USPS from our River Edge, NJ, store. The shipping costs reflect current USPS rates and are calculated based upon the weight/size of the item(s) purchased and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The shipping method options are: USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express (overnight).

International and APO Orders Notice: We cannot process International orders, however we can in most cases ship to APO Military addresses via our website. To place an International order contact the Bergen Batting Center Internet Sales Department at:firstname.lastname@example.org.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Bat return policy is 15 days for a full refund. After 15 days up to 30 days, a store credit or refund will be issued for the current selling price of that bat. Bat must be in the original wrapper. Bats that were bought on final clearance or used bats purchased are final sales and not permitted to be returned.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours. You should expect to see your refund within one week from the time your item has been recieved on our end. However, usually you will see your refund within 72 hours depending on how you made the purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
