1-1/2 hours – $150 includes:

• Use of tables for 1-1/2 hours. U-serve (no party coaches)

• $10 Batting Cards (15 total = $150).

• Free Party Favor for all kids including:

1. The famous Bergen Batting Center annual Cup

2. “Ticket” for free batting to come back to the cages! 

3. Bergen Batting Center Pencil

4. T-shirt for the BD Party child
   
   

Helpful Tips for a great party at BBC:

• Use a reliable pizza delivery or bring the food yourself. Suggestions: Big Jim’s Pizza, Mazzones, Roman Gourmet, or McDonalds for pick up.

• Serve the food, don’t let your kids grab. While serving, have any adults not helping stay clear of the main table. There are seats or other areas for them to stand. This will help you serve the excited kids quicker, and lessen possible accidents. Work deliberately but not too fast. Working too fast just because the kids may be excited usually just slows you down and is the major factor in most dropped food, cake, and spilled beverages.

• Additional food such as chips is discouraged. The kids may lose their appetite for the meal you are serving. Some end up getting sick at the party.

• Gifts should not be opened at the party. (It wastes party time and can be personally upsetting to either the party child or guests for a variety of reasons).

• Party schedule suggestion: Bat 2 rounds each, then sit, eat. Repeat, then cake. 

• No Balloons please! We are an A+ batting practice facility-retail store. Balloons float to the wrong places. Also, fights for them at the end may occur.

• Invitation suggestion – you may want to tell your party guests to be here 10 minutes prior to the actual start time of the party. That way, the party can start on time with most of your guests.

• If any kids need to be disciplined – do it early and often – really! Don’t be shy or you may lose control of your child's party.
